Today innovation plays a critical role in addressing the biggest challenges for the Healthcare industry. Organizations are struggling to find new models and solutions to improve efficiency, quality of care, and reduce growing expenses derived from increasing aging population, chronic deseases or expensive treatments. In this session, experts from different companies from the Healthcare ecosystem will share their experience in digital transformation and the value they are seeing in the application of new cognitive technologies in several fields, such as research, oncology treatments or patient care. We will have the special participation of TEKES, the public agency responsible for the promotion, research, innovation and technology development in Finland. Mr. Pekka Sivonen, Director of Digitalisation, Strategy and Programmes, will present the ambitious end to end healthcare transformation project initiated by this country.
