Abstract
The internal market is the main economic result of the process of European integration, founded on fundamental liberties. In carrying out its activities, a commercial distributor benefits especially from the freedoms of provision of services and establishment, as these guarantee its right to set up in the member states on the same conditions as the nationals of those countries. This project aims to establish general criteria to identify the different obstacles to the freedom of establishment and provision of services in the legislations and administrations of the member states, in order to guarantee that any distributor has a minimum common regulatory framework enabling it to compete in any State of the European Union.
