  • Main purpose: Process in the best way possible, applications, opinions, suggestions, queries, perspectives, and proposals that may be received via the email they are sent to and is the property of the Foundation.
    The personal data will be preserved according to the following criteria: 30 days from the date the email is received. Additionally, they may be preserved as statistical data for the Foundation.
  • Legitimacy:The legal basis for the processing, is base upon the consent you are being requested.
  • Recipients: No data will be disclosed to third parties unless under legal obligation.
  • Rights: The persons concerned have the right to obtain access to their data, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, when applicable, request them to be deleted when, among other reasons, the data are no longer required for the purposes they were collected.

The Ramón Areces Foundation will stop processing the data, except when there is compelling legitimate grounds, or when exercising or defending possible claims.
    Where technically possible, the persons concerned may request the portability of their data to another party responsible for processing, in which case we will only preserve them for exercising or defending claims.
