The Barcelona Data Science Meeting is a biennial event organized by the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics and Fundación Ramón Areces that brings together international experts from academia and the industry on Data Science. It is a two-day event, the first day dedicated to research in Data Science and the second on Data Science applications for businesses and institutions. The conference aims to create an open environment for debate and exchange of knowledge, ideas, and views among researchers, professional experts, and students. The first edition of this meeting will take place in 2016.
