Cost: The summer course (including lunches and Gala Dinner) is free. Attendants must cover their travel and accommodation expenses.
Participants: Places are limited to 70 participants.
The Digital Markets and the Economics of Data Seminar, organized by Fundación Ramón Areces and IESE Business School, is a summer course designed for faculty and postdoc researchers in the fields of accounting, economics, finance, and management. The theme for this edition explores the rapid changes in data-driven economies and the regulatory challenges they present. Key topics include digital market regulation, antitrust issues in data economics, digital asset valuation, and data privacy.
The Masterclass brings together leading academics and industry experts to equip participants with cutting-edge theoretical and methodological insights. It also provides a platform for meaningful discussions and professional networking that extends beyond the event.

A Selection Committee, comprising representatives from IESE and Fundación Ramón Areces, will evaluate all applications and offer places based on merit. Selected candidates will be notified of their acceptance on April 4, 2025.
