This online meeting, moderated by Daniel Santín, from the Complutense University of Madrid, coincided with the publication of the report 'Indicadores comentados sobre el estado del sistema educativo español 2020', promoted by the Ramón Areces Foundation and the Sociedad y Educación Foundation. Participants in the debate were José Montalbán, Professor of Economics at the Swedish Institute for Social Research of the University of Stockholm; María Jesús Mancebón, Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zaragoza; Ismael Sanz, Professor of Applied Economics at the Rey Juan Carlos University; and Marcel Jansen, Professor at the Autonomous University of Madrid.
Representatives from different sectors participated in this conference to explain the scope of Vocational Training in their companies. The participants were Segundo Vallejo Abad, counselor at TALGO; Pablo Santamaría Lacuesta, from the Technical Directorate of Central de Carnes Premium, Norteños Group; Berta Sánchez García, from the VETMAD2B Network; Alejandro Blanco Urízar, President of the Digital Talent Development Commission at AMETIC; and Ernesto Lago, Maintenance Director at COSENTINO Group. The debate was moderated by Luis Fernando Álvarez-Gascón, President of the Forum of Innovative Companies. The closure was carried out by Clara Sanz López, Secretary General for Vocational Training of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. The session was coordinated by José Molero, Director of the UCM-FEI Chair of Innovation Studies.
