The agreement between the social partners and the Government to address a legal regulation opens the field of analysis to numerous aspects.

The Digital Rights Charter aims to propose a framework for the protection of rights in the digital environment and aims to serve as a basis for debate in the context of the European Union. The conversation focused on the process of drafting the Charter, its meaning and some aspects of its content will be addressed in detail, such as freedom of expression, digital heritage, or rights to artificial intelligence.
